Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

At PAJEMI, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as it sets out your rights and our obligations.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@pajemi.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You must then return the item within 14 days — unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once we confirm the returned item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received an item that is not as described on our website, or damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at support@pajemi.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in these cases.
Important: Reports submitted more than 7 days after delivery for damaged or wrong items may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items & Refund Timeline
The following cannot be returned or refunded: items returned after the 14-day cancellation window (unless faulty); items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery; items returned without prior notification to support@pajemi.com.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of us confirming the return or approving the claim. Refunds are applied to the original payment method only.
