Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
We ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local postal service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by: public holidays, customs clearance, or high-demand periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). Delivery times are not guaranteed. PAJEMI is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs inspection. PAJEMI is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us at support@pajemi.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Important: Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the dispatch date. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.
